So sorry for the delay in response, but I just NOW saw this comment pop up on the blog.

When it comes to salad dressings, I've got to say, I just go without. Pre-made, bottled dressings all seem to contain something that is not BOP friendly. So, I tend to just sprinkle a little Italian seasoning, pepper and perhaps a little garlic salt. If you wanted something to "wet" the leaves, perhaps you could mist with olive oil?

I, personally, avoid mustard and mustard-based foods. Too many spices in there that cause my skin to flare up!

Take care!
HeatherHeatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07596431256495194307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8827574552992509611.post-47835912156240488842013-02-10T18:12:00.728-08:002013-02-10T18:12:00.728-08:00Heather, thx for your blog. Only one I've been able to find since changing from dependency (with fewer results) on immunosuppressants to trying to go BOP free for my eczema or contact dermatitis (depending on which doc you ask). Eating out, salad dressings, condiments all a problem...while my new dermie says mustard should be ok, it has paprika and tumeric, which are spices which I thought I was avoiding...

Finally what abt salad dressing and yogurt? Are any greek yogurts safe to eat? any store bought salad dressings?

Thanks for the blog and for your tips!

HowardHowardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14429878260939369007noreply@blogger.com
